The subjects asked for are usually a nostalgic grocery store, gas station or soda fountain that has special meaning to the client. I can work from old photos as well as descriptions provided based on memories of the place.
Sometimes there are requests to add a person or two to the painting – sometimes a dog – sometimes an old auto or truck. Basically, a commission painting by me will offer the exact subject, time frame and nostalgic aura that you desire.
